Light up the space time

In sailor moon, the control of space time is something very simple, but 1 feat interests me more, it is said that it has spread its light throughout the space time, but, the space time is supposed to be infinite so is it a High 3-A feat, or something else?

How is it unquantifiable? If you light up an infinite space, thats High 3-A because it would require infinite energy to do so. Why wouldn't space-time be the same thing?

Ignoring the Static Universe, it was calced at Galaxy+ or around 10 petaFoe to be accurate.
