There are also a few things I wanna know first, does Light even know Thunders name and face, whats their starting distance, SBA would say 4km in Central Park,

I think the distance should be 10 meters. And Light also knows his name. I'm gonna add that to the OP.

Also, bloodlusted means that Thunder will do anything that to kill his opponent. And that is to attach HtH to Light and kill himself.

Now, if this was a normal match without the bloodlust, this would've been a stomp for Light, as there's literally nothing threatening about a guy writing in a notebook and he would end up dead without knowing who killed him.

However, you turned on the bloodlust, which changed the situation. If Thunder knows who Light is from the get-go, and is out to get him, then he'd activate HtH right away, and would look for a way to kill himself right away. And since Light can easily kill him already, there's literally nothing he could do to stop HtH from taking effect. Therefore, this match goes like many other Thunder matches, which is...

Except...he doesn't. The OP states that the both of them only know each other's names. Just like how Thunder can't claim to know how the Death Note works either.

Then how would lighting know that his opponent´s name is Light Yagami help him-? Isnt it unfiair that Lightning knows Light is Kira, but Liight cant know lightning is a stand user?

Anyways, If Light doesnt ******* get god complex stupid, he will go for the instant death.
