So as we now know, Mjolnir is made of neutron star material correct? And Thor swings this thing around with absolute ease, so this might be calculable to a decent feat. I found here That Mjolnir most likely ways about 1.6 quadrillion kilograms, that should be sufficient for at least Class P Lifting Strength and a possible attack potency buff. I would deeply appreciate to here other's thoughts on this especially from the people in the calc group.

I did a calculation based on the speed that Thor's hammer throw goes
385,722 m/s x 1.6x10^15 = 6.171~x10^20

The hanger can hold it so we can deduce that the lifting feat is valid. Thanks for pointing. Now being serious do you expect Cpt. America to lift such a heavy Hammer while he had exerted lot of eforts to hold an helicopter?

I know that, i was pointing the problem for adding the LS from the Hammer.

Wasn't the hammer stated to weigh 42 kilograms somewhere and the reason people can't lift it is because of lack of worthiness iirc?

Class P from the Hammer would be pretty inconsistent as something that small and that heavy would NOT be held by hangs and tables

42 kilograms comes from an old trading card from the comics.

Anyway, Class P is inconsistent, and any AP upgrade is moot because this would mean all Age of Ultron characters would be 6-C while the strongest feat they have ever done is 7-A

I mean it's not like it's any old hammer though, it's not too out of this world to assume it has some enchantment that makes it not act how it should but alas I will admit defeat.
