Libra of the Vampire Princess Downgrades

Should be fairly simply, right now the characters are rated 7-C due to Iris Pumila covering an entire town in mist, and her clash with SHuman Kusanagi splitting a cloud above them.

First feat isn't town level, covering a town with mist is just a range feat really.

2nd feat we weren't even given a visual from which we can make a calc, so it's unquantifiable.

The characters currently rated 7-C should be downgrade to 8-C, for being superior to characters who can harm Enosh who is 30m tall and can destroy buidlings, there is also Iris being able to pulverize buildings.

This seems ok.

Btw, pulverizing buildings may actually be above 8-C so you may want to get that feat looked at.

Requested for the feat calc, though the feat doesn't show the buildings being destroyed so you can't pixel scale, and i remember a thread not too long ago that went no where discussing what exactly the average size of building should be, so think it's probably best to lowball and put the characters at 8-C.
