He has time stop and sealing tho. And he's not blitzing since Twigo's reaction speed is faster than Shaggy's movement speed

i dont think his time stop or time manipulation is combat applicable and as far as im aware his sealing only works on spirits, demons and the like. and take a look at their reaction speeds.
