As the title suggests, I think that alterations to the Bedlam Spirits' profiles should be considered.
The pages from the comic are used to claim the Bedlam Spirits are "Universe-level" because of statements Tilotny makes about "inventing time". However, in the comic itself, she also makes the claim she "threw the shapes" of Leia and the Stormtroopers, even though they were on the planet before Tilotny "threw a shape" - by which, from the context of the page she does it, means her physical shape, since the other three spirits follow suit in "throwing shapes" for their physical bodies.
Heck, the whole "throwing shapes" page linked as reference appears to be them "shaping" their physical forms, since Tilotny talks about the other three's appearances as "throwing shapes", too.
Can they transmute matter? Yes. Did Splendid Ap demonstrate being in multiple places at once? Yes. Can they resurrect the dead? Yes. Did Splendid Ap accidentally send the Stormtroopers thousands of years into the past? Yes.
Does that make them "Universe-level"? No, I don't believe so, given the unreliability of Tilotny's statements.
In context, they were formless entities unaware of the physical world, and "throwing shapes" is how they experience and interact with the physical world for the very first time.
