League of Legends: The Targons and Aurelion Sol

So, as many of you now might know: Zoe's voicelines are out, as is her kit. And a couple of the stuff she says seems to indicate that the Targons are a lot stronger than it apeared till now. Because Zoe's hobby seems to be watching realitys die. Considering that Aurelion Sol is supposed to be beyond even the Targons? And that he can vaporize Targons if he wants to, as shown when he killed that incarnation of Pantheon?

And she makes it pretty clear that she can blow of Planets for pure fun as well as Travel to other planes of realitys and worlds.

So does this call for a revision of the LoL-Powerlevels? Or at least of the Targons.

Wanted to know your guys opinion on this.

We already had a loooooong discussion about it here.

Basically, Zoe is 3-B for the moment but we're waiting for her actual lore to come out before giving her a set tier, and if the other Aspects scale to her then there are going to be a lot of revisions for more than just the Targonians.

Oh and to answer your question, this wouldnt be a full-scale revison to the verse as a whole but it would definitely affect non Targonian profiles like the Celestials, as well as the PROJECT and Blood Moon lines, who scale to the Aspect members of their groups
