tldr: FSM in Ninjago sealed the Overlord by "balancing light and darkness" an using the fact that "good and evil mus always be balanced", splitting Ninjago into a dark, evil half and a light, good half, and the Overlord couldn't cross over until he corrupted large amounts of people in the light half in order to turn the balance onto his side. This should count as possibly Law Manipulation.

Sealing, Law Manipulation, and Power Nullification: By splitting the world into a good and evil half, The First Spinjitzu Master was able to enforce the fact that "good and evil must always be balanced onto the Overlord", sealing him in the Dark Island, removing his physical form, and preventing him from using his powers so long as good and evil were balanced in Ninjago

the law of balance itself did, but not sure about the First Spinjitzu Master's powers. At the very least, it's unknown if FSM can use that part of it in any meaningful capacity
