Lavos vs Spawn but listen

So this is in fun and games because I know it's a stomp in one way or another.

So, I know their are a plethora of wankers of Spawn that say that he can beat anyone by stealing their soul. They said that hell king spawn can easily wreck anybody, especially RPG nobodies like Lavos.

So, can someone explain why this is a stomp in one way or another?
