Lavos has both NEP (on conceptual level) and BDE, meaning that any kind of space-time and concept hax on a 4D level is useless against it.

You still can't prove is instantaneous and can counter Lavos devouring it. Also Lavos' being lacking space, time and a concept is better than that anyway.
