Lady Shiva Scaling issues

Lady Shiva is 8-C because she is scaled above Batman who is close to it. However the page seems to be mixing Post-Crisis and Post-Flashpoint. Lady Shiva has never been portrayed to be physically above Batman to be scaled her attack potency above. The feat in which Lady Shiva pinned Batman down was from Rebirth, not Post-Crisis.

The only two fights that I know of between the two are from The Death in the Family and Superman/Batman. Both of which has Batman winning. https://imgur.com/gallery/phvBy4z In one of the fight, Batman had compared her punches with Ra's al Ghul. He also said that he would "outmuscle" her. In the other fight, Lady Shiva was mind controlled. However, Batman manages to one shot her after blocking her attacks. None of these encounters suggests that she should be scaled above Batman. (Not to mention all the time she lost to Tim Drake)

Another reason I see is that she hold her own against Cassandra Cain. And Cassandra Cain is scaled to 8-C because she defeated Deathstroke who is only scaled to 8-C because he is stronger than Batman. However, there are two issues with this.

First is that like her mother, she was never even implied to be physically above Batman. She is only shown to be above because of her skill. When she lost her ability to read her opponent's attack, Batman manages to counter her attack and defeat her easily. It shows that her physical strength is not what makes her above but rather her superior skill.

Second is the fact that Deathstroke is scaled above Batman based on a very early fight between the two. The outcome of the fight had Deathstroke severely injured to the point that Deathstroke was then defeated by some non-superpowered character. This shows that even initially Batman was capable of injuring Deathstroke eventhough it was just a sneak attack. In later duplications, the physical gap between the Batfamily and Deathstroke almost no longer exist. As Batman successfully one shot Deathstroke with a sneak attack and Dick Grayson as Batman being able to fight equally with Deathstroke and Batman. https://imgur.com/gallery/0CXTxqC With the fact that the strength gap between Batfamily and Deathstroke are no longer as wide in the recent portrayal and the fact that Cassandra has vastly superior skill. If Cassandra's strength is any closer to that of Nightwing, her defeating Deathstroke without reasonable.

Deathstroke scaling 8-C imo is nothing more than an assumption that the gap between Batman and Deathstroke is currently still wide enough despite things kind of suggest otherwise. However, Deathstroke being 8-C CAN still make sense simply because he is considered enhanced human and not peak, similar to how Killer Croc is 8-C despite being one shot by Batman and other street levelers in multiple occasions. But I don't think scaling people to 8-C makes sense because of Deathstroke in this situation especially when they are portrayed to have the skill edge.

Like right now the logic seems to be: Lady Shiva is 8-C because Lady Shiva hold her own against Cassandra who defeated Deathstroke who defeated Batman. But also...: Batman defeats Lady Shiva lost to Cassandra who defeated Deathstroke who went toe to toe with Dick Grayson who is below Batman who gets defeated by Deathstroke. Wouldn't it make more sense if they're just in the same tier instead of separating especially when it's kind of purely based on assumptions and outdated feats?
