Kazuma Kiryu VS Lady Shiva

Pretty sure Shiva blows Kiryu out the water in skill funny enough. Guess I'll vote her mid diff and just outskills Kiryu, he could win if he lands a tiger drop and has the higher LS to grapple if he can land it though in fairness
 
I think even if he was skilled enough, his morals would prevent him from achieving victory.
 
Tbf I think under SBA he's still willing to kill, still gets outskilled and loses for the most part tho
