Might as well give this a shot, both play mindgames with protagonists and like illusions

Speed is equal, both are 8-C. Both have a day to prepare, SBA otherwise

In any case, Lady Butterfly has trained in Usui Forest, and is superior to a Young Wolf in skill (who survived the merciless illusions of Usui Forest), so she should be able to see through his illusions. Mysterio, on the other hand, is completely reliant on his drones and illusions to stay effective, with no enhanced sense or experience against supernatural illusion.

Unfortunately for him, Lady Butterfly not only has superior senses and mobility (if I remember correctly, Mysterio was just a regular dude piloting a suit). She can summon her own homing phantom butterflies and illusions to attack the droids, and even create an illusionary copy of herself to distract them while she focuses on Beck.

Also checking his page, it looks like only his droids are Building Level, so Lady Butterfly needs only one throw of her knife to kill him. Mysterio definitely can focus her down with his array of bots and overwhelm her if he acts fast enough, but Lady Butterfly is a stealth master of her own and is far more experienced at dealing with illusions than Mysterio is.

More or less, Mysterio needs to actually see where Lady Butterfly is and given it's Central Park based on SBA, Lady Butterfly has more than enough opportunity to find a place to hide in and switch herself out with her illusionary copy.

And if a stealth master and someone who trained under Lady Butterfly like Sekiro himself couldn't see the real Lady Butterfly during the fight with her clone, then Mysterio can't either. It isn't hard for Lady Butterfly to distract with her illusions and then one-shot him with a kunai from a hidden position.
