In all serious literally everyone in RW has High 1-B to High 1-A (depending on what the GM says because idk if he ever confirmed it) concept hax on hit and can regen from said concept.

Iirc there was an explanation that the PCs are outside of the laws of every multiverse, which was referring to the verses that people got their powers from, so they probably do resist Laws yes.
