Yes, they have. In 8-C Bouichirou Yamato also exists and he has the exact same hax as Hiroshi Miwa with 1-A potency and all.

Kelpie doesn't have anything fancy that would deal with that or being manually tied down by darkness (Pretty sure Gal has the edge there, both are Class T but Gal scales way up from a casual Class T feat done by a High 7-A), lest from my recollection of the fight
