Couldn't Kumagawa seal her abilities with Book Maker, considering he'd probably register as a being similar to Ajimu, and it would be in character for him to do so?

You know what, I don't think it does. It would indeed prevent her from getting her powers back, and I can't see a way for her to escape the seal once it's happened, but it probably wouldn't hit her in the first place unless she confronted him in person.

So I'd say if they're in character and have no knowledge: Kumagawa via sealing with Book Maker

All other scenarios: Monika via reality-deletion

yes, it worked on Ajimu. Even out of the powers she has shown on screen has a non corporeal true form and predates the universe. It works on Style Users who by their very nature resist power nullification/erasure and can avoid ignore most defensive hax

Also it did work on Ashin'in, but that's when she was confronting Kumagawa in person. I don't know that he could hit her through nonexistence.
