If so i vote Kratos. On one hand Thor is MUCH stronger and is far more experienced.

On the other hand however Kratos has FAR more versatility thanks to all of his assorted gear and has several ways of ending this fight quickly (Petrification, Pocket Reality Manip, Soul Hax), he also has fought characters with far greater strength but lesser versatility then him before in the form of Hercules (I know Herc is several leagues below Thor but it still sort of works). And finally we have the fact Thor cant put Kratos down for good thanks to his Resurrection eaning Kratos can keep enhancing himself (Rage Power) and using his hax to counter anything Thor throws at him.
