High godly Regen has nothing to do with layers of EE. If Kratos doesn't have High godly Regen negation then it's pointless. Anyways absence of Info 2 makes this match a spite

I don't think so, just seems to be a match setup to pit Info 2 vs CM1, which is just a standards thing and has nothing to do with the characters themselves.

Rimuru wins for the following reasons:
- Kratos does not interact with Rimuru who is composed of type 2 information.
- Rimuru can erase him from existence with his Passive Aura.
- Rimuru can use Thought Acceleration which speeds up his thoughts hundreds of millions of times even if the speed is tied.
- Rimuru with his Thought Acceleration analyzes the situation and Ciel comes up with infinite solutions to finish off Kratos, the end.
- Kratos cannot nullify abilities composed of Information Type 2.
