Scene after death for the Sisters of Fates, Kratos is shown being affected in the past and his existence disappearing (canonical scene within gameplay)

In God Of War Ragnarok we have confirmation that the existence of kratos would cease to exist if the sisters had succeeded

Note: don't judge the gameplay

Lahkesis, Atropos and Clotho (Erase of Existence)

Kratos resistance erasure existence

That would be fate manipulation more than erasure existence. He doesn't cease to exist, rather, he dies on the spot, due to him technically not being alive. Though, Kratos gains an immunity to this in the novels, with the threads of fate doing absolutely nothing to him.

but in God Of War Ragnarok it is mentioned that the existence of kratos would cease to exist, would this not be erasure of existence?

This wasn't Existence Erasure, it was simply eliminating existence by interfering with his past, so that his future was affected

If we follow your logic, many characters with Time Travel ability will have Existence Erasure, so I'm sorry I can't agree

This isn't Existence Erasure, this is merely Kratos dying via his past self also dying, mainly Time Travel shenanigans. We also need to remember that Kratos isn't acausal yet because he hasn't done the deed of completely mucking up the cycle required for GOW3 to exist by killing the Sisters of Fate, who only exist in one time period (The Present) and upon their death are now dead across all periods of time.
