I also voted Konata. She has an AP and is more intelligent and calm. I think she will be able to beat him easily. And in addition, she also shows that being able to beat an American man whose height is over 200 centimeters is not difficult to beat a man with a height of 183 cm.

She's a normal highschool student with no notable abilities. The "Martial Arts" on her page is in reference to a oneoff joke from episode one. She has no other combat feats throughout the entire rest of the anime or manga.
