If Konan had time to prepare, I would give it to Konan. But since she doesn't, I am leaning towards Onoki.

Onoki can fly, and is more versatile. Konan is incredibly strong fighter because she can turn her body into paper and prevent her enemies from harming her. Onoki actually has a way to defeat her in a way that won't allow her to simply turn into papers. She could give him some trouble using paper clones but that wouldn't be enough against Onoki.

And Onoki has a lot more experience.

That's just a few people disagreeing. And maybe he won't atomise the whole thing, but do damage to the island so not always 6-C (I think its low 6-B at least but who cares, this wiki hates Naruto)

I mean, Ōnoki asking for Tsunade's chakra to perform a Jinton much smaller than the size of the island already puts the quote as questionable to say the least. Btw such a quote isn't considered by the profile.

And Jinton needs to be executed by hand seals, Konan can cover it with paper or at least hinder that with explosive papers.

Konan could technically win if Onoki did nothing. The thing is, with Onoki's versatility I don't think Konan can truly defeat him.

If Konan had preparation time, then she would most likely win.

Konan can attack but is there any reason to believe she could deal enough damage but Onoki couldn't?
