Kiryuin Ragyo vs Tornado of Terror

Shinra-Koketsu Ragyo vs Tatsumaki

In term of sheer power, Ragyo is magnitudes superior, but Tatsumaki is at least 3 times faster, and has an advantage of range. Also, to make it more interesting, the battle will take place in the atmosphere of a planet with a ring full of town to mountain-sized moonlets for Tatsumaki to use.

Both start in-character and get serious as the fight goes on.

They are 20km apart when the fight starts.

Who wins?

Lets see...Tatsumaki is powerful and all but she doesn't really have any way to put Ragyo down. She wouldn't really be able to use her TK sincel Ragyo's Life Fibers would just allow her to regenerate, and Ragyo may even have enough willpower to resist her TK in the first place (Considering her will was powerful enough to paralyze every life-fiber user including Ryuko and Satsuki, and the only one who was even able to move at all was Gamagori albeit barely and only through sheer strength). The smaller of the moonlets would do next to nothing to Ragyo and the larger ones would only slow her down a bit but not damage her.

Ragyo is easily powerful enough to oneshot Tatsu, even through her barriers, but Tatsumaki is fast enough to avoid her. However, Ragyo has enough stamina to outlast Tatsumaki and then take her out when she's exhausted. Ragyo also has her Mind Stitching attack that she can possibly lure Tatsu into, and if she does that then she can mind control her or rewrite her memories, and then its all over for the Tornado of Terror.

All in all I'd give this to Ragyo after a long fight.

Sorry I didn't reply to this absolutely splendid thread sooner. Had to run to the store to get a lifetime supply of chlorox. Now with that out of the way

In my opinion this is a stomp against Tornado

Her only durability negating technique isn't going to work on Ragyo with her immense willpower (it paralyzed every life fiber on earth, and is FAR greater than Ryuko who's willing to nearly cut herself in half multiple times to win a fight, and Satsuki's who back in middle school could instantly down 500 people with her will. Both Ryuko and Satsuki can also somehow make shockwaves with their will alone)

Tornado's speed advantage will really do nothing. Ragyo is over 644,686 times stronger than Tornado. That speed cannot chip durability that high and even if it could Ragyo can regenerate from chunks. And Ragyo could pretty much breath too hard and Tatsu's history.

Plus Ragyo has the stamina to outlast Tornado then do anything to immediately one shot her, along with mental control which Tornado has no established immunity/resistance to.

All and all I think this thread is best if forgotten for multiple reasons ovo

EDIT: Tornado doesn't even have speed advantage anymore.
