Jaune has a shield. Kirito lost to a guy with a shield. By that logic, Kirito loses to Jaune. :^ )

Stomp, even if Kirito managed to hit him, it would deal no damage, where as Jaune is likely to be City Block level

Wait, which Kirito is this? SAO, ALO, or GGO? If it's all 3, then this battle is much closer than you'd think. Even though I still think Jaune can do this, I'd be a much closer match. Kirito could just attack, and if he gets hit, he'd fly up, heal, then come back down, rinse, repeat till death.
Edit: Plus if he has all of his equipment from all 3 games, then he can just spam his Five-Seven till he's out of ammo, and maybe his Kagemitsu G4 can do something about Jaune's shield, considering it's basically a lightsaber, and can tear off limbs with ease. I don't know what it'll do against aura though.
