Batman can null his sacred arts and stuff, but that probably wouldn't matter if Kirito just incarnates through it and bisects him with a sword skill
Paralysis is only good for a moment as it too would be outdone by incarnation
Looking through everything... In general, it seems like it would be a simple fistfight in the end, in which Batman definitely takes skill, but Kirito is no slouch and has incarnation and various means to just amp and oneshot
Incarnation is pretty OP though so I dunno if Batman can overcome it via sheer skill. If he can, it's probably an incon where either can outdo the other, if not, then Kirito would eventually overpower him.

Batman probably can overcome it via sheer skill, considering the multiple forms of precognition he has and the fact he's mastered pretty much the majority of the martial arts humanity has made. He outclasses Deathstroke in raw skill by a pretty huge margin, which in and of itself if a pretty notable feat.

So this is the Kirito powered by the world right?
Thus far I've not seen any resistance or nullification of reality warping shenanigans and magic from DC isn't really comparable to Incarnation given their vastly different set of applications.
What I also want to find out is what kind of durability do those robots have?
How cold is Mr. Freeze's ice when he froze Batman?
Is there anything that other devices that Batman can have (without the unconfirmed speed force device) to keep up with the statistics amplification of swords skills?

No, it's Kirito at the end of Aliciazation. Which means he can become powered by the world.
Incarnation is cancelled out by Batman's stupid levels of skill.
Generally Mr. Freeze's ice tends to be in the low kelvins.

So this is right at the end of the War of the Underworld and specifically NOT Star King right?
But that's not how Incarnation works, it either happens or it doesn't. Regardless of their skill level, nothing can cancel out Incarnation unless the other party is also doing the same or made it so Kirito's willpower is severely crippled.
And did Batman thaw himself out of that ice or way it someone else? And how long does it take him to thaw out?

That is a No Limit's Fallacy. And Batman's skill is far above any one he's ever fought.
He broke out himself in a few seconds and has heating flares to melt himself out of ice.
If Kirito's slashes are really a kilometer wide, he should be a different tier.

Incarnation is built on willpower and imposing your own will onto the system which is then normalized to become reality. If you don't have enough willpower, it doesn't happen. If another user of Incarnation has the opposite effect of what you're trying to do then it gets canceled out. Otherwise, it works completely unless there's some kind of anti-reality warping passive that a character has. There are also cases in which Incarnation can backfire on you like what happened to the main villain of Alicization and Kirito failing to do the 5 hit sword skill because he lacked confidence that he can do it.
Anyways, this wouldn't stop Kirito the ice from near instantaneously sapping away Batman's health like it did for the 20,000 other players on the battlefield.

These players who not ten minutes ago had been blazing with rage and ready to massacre each other, were one by one, as though they were simply asleep, wrapped in a column of light and vanished. There was no pain or suffering whatsoever; it could be said that they were being force-logged out in the most tranquil way imaginable.
The seeds of hate that PoH wanted to plant within the hearts of the Chinese and Korean players should not sprout anymore.
