Yui explicitly mentions that endgame ALO gear is superior to the gear the Korean and Chinese players were using at the end of the Alicization War, and those guys could harm Stacia Asuna and Terraria Leafa. I think it's safe to say that, leaving aside god tiers like Vector and post-coma Kirito, they should be around the same strenght.

@Gargoyle, GGO players alongside ALO assist the Ordinal Scale players and actually make an impact suggesting they are in fact some degree comparable. Though this isn't the place to discuss this.

Probably because that's not what i was talking about. Anyway, as we can see with SAO, ALO and UW, characters created with The Seed tend to be around the same level of strength. I don't see why GGO would be any different.
