So Orga's DNA Absorption isn't instant and won't be of much use here unless it can somehow eat kirby.
Orga is 300x bigger than Kirby so it won't be easy for it to hit kirby, and even harder to see it.

Next is kirby who can't easily get passed it's regen and can only reflect the energy blasts that orga throws at em. That won't be very effective as it took Godzilla a fully concentrated energy pulse shot from half-inside orga to take it down.

Question, is the millenial UFO restricted?

anyways i think it all depends on who can hit who hard enough to kill and i believe that Orga would take this high-diff as if it lands enough hits on kirby he will lose or at least lose conciousness so it would be incapitation or even a kill. Orga's energy balls are rather big in size so it might be hard to properly dodge them.

Bfr wouldn't work here as kirby's bfr depends on absorbing people and on lifting strength and Orga would ignore both at it has a way higher lifting strength and is too big to be eaten.

idek if kirby has a proper win-con. He can eat rocks and stuff for copy abilities but a bit of extra-strength and defence won't be that effective against someone like orga who can just punch you a few times and you're down.

Idk if i will vote yet, but im leaning towards Orga
 
Kirby probably wouldn't be able to swallow it due to the size... but he still has more versatility when it comes to combat due to his copy abilities, but I don't know how they would work in this regard.
