This come from what again?
Cook Kirby has transmutation.

Jet and Wheel Kirby give him speed boosts, so he can get in close.
He has no acces(in character) to thouse here
He will use his copy abilities that he can use at will if he needs to.

Also, asides from his Metal Ability, Stone Kirby also amps his durability immensely.

So he has invulnerability/higher durability with Copy Abilities, dura neg via transmutation, speed, Attack Reflection, and vastly superior range.

It's on Kirby's profile after you scroll down from here to the Copy Abilities section, they show multiple instances of him using his Abilities at will in images, especially the 3rd of the 9 images.
Well, I'm almost sure this mini game isn't cannon, but the fact he can also get copy habilities trough contact means he can get fighter from asura by touching him

His profile shows multiple instances of him using his copy abilities at will.

And minigames are indeed canon.
This minigame literraly has him fighting marx and nightmare after both had alread been defeated, this one isn't

all the other exemples he don't uses during a actuall fight, so isn't in character

I still think Kirby wins with speed amp + transmutation, the latter of which Asura has no counter for.
I still find it to be a huge stretch, because Kirby pulling out the cook ability to instantly oneshot an enemy is totally not in character neither if you look at it from a lore perspective nor a game mechanics one.
There's a reason is Kirby always needed stronger power ups, items or exhausting battles to take down his enemies, instead of magically evoking the all-powerful oneshot ability.

He can also use copy abilities to greatly amp his AP (Fighter Kirby) and durability (Metal Kirby).
They still don't grant multiplier, and Asura himself has several way to increase his already higher AP.
And even if he were to enter the fighter ability, he'd still fall short in front of Asura's greater skill, experience and various tools.

Jet and Wheel Kirby give him speed boosts, so he can get in close.
To an extent, they never made him so fast that he could blitz opponents, and Asura's got experience against similar opponents, aside from his Analytical Prediction that helps with that.

He will use his copy abilities that he can use at will if he needs to.

That remains a single instance in a mini game tbh.

Also, asides from his Metal Ability, Stone Kirby also amps his durability immensely.
The stone ability is very ineffective in combat, since it forces Kirby to an immobile state and he can only deal damage by dropping onto Asura, something he can easily counter with greater skill, prediction and LS to toss him away.

So he has invulnerability/higher durability with Copy Abilities, dura neg via transmutation, speed, Attack Reflection, and vastly superior range.
Actually, Asura still outranges Kirby by a large degree as said a few times.
Kirby's planetary range isn't different from Asura's punches spreading all the way through Wyzen's body (which is bigger than a planet) and his interstellar is always AP based or limited to him launching away opponents with the final hit.

Can someone please get @Eficiente in here, he's the Kirby expert.

Also, Kirby's regen is going to be incredibly hard for Asura to bypass.

Apparently yes, but I see it more as utility than else.

Kirby's not Majin Buu, he doesn't have infinite stamina and infinite regeneration because of which you either disintegrate him completely or you end up facing him forever.

Kirby can be taken down by waring off and dealing enough damage.
Many bossess wouldn't even have the means of bypassing his regeneration, and yet they are still seen as threats.
Also, there are many instances of him fainting after a tough battle, either as a result of a final blast or simply out of tiredness, such as in the endings of Return to Dreamland, Robobot and Star Allies.

And in terms of resilience Asura doesn't fall short either, Kirby would have to beat him enough to deal at least the same amount of damage he had after being overwhelmed by the Gohma (i.e. battle vs Augus + losing all arms + having his belly stabbed + a long beating by monsters), then having to outlast Asura going semi-berserk with his giant arm and the danmaku of heat blasts.
