Kirby Minigames are canon? or non-canon?

So i've looked on some of the wikis, but it seems that they treat Kirby minigames as non-canon. (And games such as Kirby Fighters Deluxe) Are they really non-canon? Why or why not?

They're "non-canon" in the sense where they aren't part of the continuity. That's basically all there is to it.

Yup.

It's like those alternates non-canon endings you get in RPG and the likes.

It is "non-canon" in the "not part of continuity" sense, like I said prior.

It's just that people use the term for more than one thing.

It's not as simple as that; since you yourself said a comment before that "not being a part of the story" doesn't mean something is non-canon.

It possibly happened in between adventures; such as while Kirby was on vacation or something. But they're more or less in the same boat as the Street Fighter endings; canon demonstrations of power but just nothing plot related.

Some could yeah, but things like Dedede thing in Triple Deluxe are impossibilities

A lot of things that happen in what if scenarios happen in canon as well.
I remember that Efficiente dug up some info from some kirby guide book (or sth along those lines) which confirmed that Meta Knight actually did fight Galacta knight somewhere in the continuity and beat him.

How would it fits? Nova is still a thing in Meta Knight thingy despite Kirby destroying it.

Nova puts his body back together before making MK's wish, given how the mode was portrayed as journeying the cosmos, taking a knight with you into Nova's summoning point and how the rest of the mini-game doesn't make much sense, it's likely that only the last story in it's canon, the Kirby 20th Anniversary Encyclopedia (page 20) references MK having revived GK to become stronger and in something non-canon in Triple Deluxe MK is said to be the strongerst warrior, likely due to having defeated GK as the main 4 guys are even in power and Kirby has a winning record against MK.

It may also be that other mini-games like that were meant to be canon (which we don't know), like the Guest Star in Star Allies that can end on Hyness falling into Another Dimension, he did that in canon but only in that mode we saw him making a portal to Another Dimension, which a twitter post stated to be dangerous. We don't know how he felt based on what we say it's canon but it would make perfect sense if he tried to summon GK, couldn't, and this ended up on his magic backfiring in the way we see and on relation to what he was doing with it.

In one of the blogs linked in the verse page we have (here) it's pointed out why mini-canon are used for scaling and stuff. I'll also note that most people is a bit misleading when it comes to what is or isn't canon; we're mostly not told things aren't canon, we just had to deduct it. Sometimes it's pretty clear and sometimes it isn't, but when people say something's noncanon it outright sounds like that's 100% confirmed to be the case and as important as a crossover on a whole other continuity or an appearance in a commercial, which are things clearly meant to be ignored on the continuity of the characters. As stated in that blog this is not the case, and we can be wrong when judging something as noncanon or it would be possible for new info to one day pop up and state something noncanon as canon (say, the Marx Soul battle), so it would be more precise to portray things like it as "as far as we know, it's noncanon".

Oh alright, so they might not take place within the main storyline, but they are essentially "what-ifs?", hence why they can be used for scaling.
