Kir-out With The Old, Kir-in With The New

Continuing on from the previous thread (@Arc7Kuroi came up with the title)

It was accepted that Kirin no longer moves at the speed of light, because of this, we need to institute a new speed value for Kirin. I believe we have two avenues to go down. Either we re-add the previous calculation done by the aforementioned @Arc7Kuroi or we instead use Zetsu's statement of it being natural lightning to assign a value that corresponds with what we consider the speed of naturally occurring lightning on wiki. Personally, I believe Arc's calculation is the best, but I'll allow the more knowledgeable members, both in regards to the source material and our calculations standards, to argue on that. I'm only presenting the idea, nothing further.
