I wanted to ask, can Saika get Ice Manipulation & Air Manipulation or Absolute Zero? I read that she can use Second Manifestation / Third Manifestation to create ice pebbles and ice storms to freeze her Destruction Factor to below zero.

Ice and Air manipulation sure but I don't think below zero means below absolute zero just below 0°C
