Okay, the arguments are here, now share your thoughts in an organized and understandable manner. The blog also constantly reiterates that KH's case is special to not just be labeled as tier 11 instead out of how it's portrayed in relation to the "lower" stuff, and it'd be inappropiate to fully ignore such lore for the sake of going with a lower end that contradicts the premise of recent events in the series, so I'd appreciate an open mind on the proposed stuff.

First Low 2-C, and then came along 2-B/2-A, and here we are with tier 1 now. I'm honestly expecting a tier 0 upgrade at this point.

I can't say that I like the idea of this thread going on at the same time as the one for 2-B and 2-A and I'd honestly prefer it if that one gets concluded first before something like this gets started. They are both related to tiers, so the subjects of the threads do overlap a bit and can make things complicated for those that are only active in one of the two threads.
