By "inconsistent" are you talking about the house's durability or something else?

Considering how the feat works here, I don't think the farm can scale to High 5-A to begin with as it didn't take the impact directly.
At most another calc could be made to try to get the actual KE the farm took from the planet spinning at those high speeds, and even then, this sort of calc would get a no because at "standard" speeds something of the mass of an average human gets 8-C durability, to give an idea.
