I say restrict Snatcher's more prominent hax such as Soul Manipulation and Death Manipulation to keep this from being a stomp.

But, irregardless, King Neptune has no way of harming him. Meanwhile Snatcher can completely obliterate Neptune via Energy Beacons and Danmaku. So I say he takes this.
