Might have to give this to the god of the ocean. Even if the Flying Dutchman sends Neptune to the void, Neptune just teleports out, turns Flying Dutchman human so he is physical, freezes him, and finally, shatters him.

Neptune FRA

Question: Is this Neptune as in every time Neptune has appeared? Or just movie Neptune? Cause I feel like he's missing a few abilities

Then yeah, there's a few abilities he should get from the episode where him and Spongebob have a cook-off

I've discutted this with my friends, so it's funny to see this here, huh.
Can Neptune's attack reflection reflect soul manipulation?. If the answer is no, then the Flying Dutchman wins this. What do you think, people?
And I'm not sure if Neptune can turn the Flying Dutchman into human since his a ghost. Can you transmute a soul?

If I'm remembering thigs right Dutchie's soul manip is triggered with a blast of energy, so Neptune should reflect it

If that's the case, then my vote it's on King Neptune. The other option that the Flying Dutchman has to win is Curse Manipulation, but probably King Neptune can cancel it with his magic.
