Why would killing something without the concept of death bypass subject reality and power null? Besides he didn't kill Tiamat he only gave Tiamat the concept of death which won't really help here.

I'd like to wait until someone who's knowledgeable on Fate (besides the OP) shows up before I say anything in detail, but from what I can tell right now, I don't see anything that suggests Hassan can put her down, or even affect her properly.

You'd need 1-B hax on a higher scale than nightside (I think it's in the dozens range) in order to even effect jessica
