King Boo Vs. Necrodeus

Oh boy, this is going to be fun!
King Boo is quite a tricky fellow, being able to create illusions, fake clones (I believe up to 6?), and has a whole range of attacks to his name. We don't know if Necrodeus can use his transmutation powers to downgrade someone (only shown of to make a pig much stronger), so I guess we can't quite say he could use those power on King Boo.
If Necrodeus does manage to defeat the king, the latter has shown to be able to regenerate from his crown, so that's quite a plus to King Boo. I guess the biggest threat to King Boo would be turning stars in gems, as it's been shown that not even his crown can save him from traps (see how he was turned into a painting and only seemingly freed because the painting was sold to someone). However, this is likley more a last resort, and King Boo appears to have enough to take down Necrodeus, not to mention he has a Bowser Suit which could come in handy (edit: not to mention the head of which can be used as aid, and so could be used to distract Necrodeus from turning King Boo into a gem), so... I'd give this to King Boo unless Necrodeus resorts to trying to turn him into a mere gem.
