KId Buu vs Ultra necrozma

> Paragraph 1.

The fact that no matter which Necrozma absorbs, he transforms into the same Draconic form regardless of who he uses as a base. So, yes, his physical appearance is an indicator of change. Doesn't matter if Lunala in your example is the basis of the being or not, there's less information in favor of your claim that Ultra has Lunala's intangibility (that is based in its typing) than there is against it. All you're arguing is that Ultra has Ghost Intangibility from Lunala being a part of it, which doesn't exactly seem like an argument that is easy to go with, given the evidence we have already shown to you repeatedly.

>Paragraph 2

Basically, an argument from incredulity fallacy. Just because it's hard to believe that a fictional creature can have some physiological DNA trait that makes it possible to be a damn Tree dragon thing doesn't mean it isn't, and saying that it's a "cop out" isn't an argument. In Pokémon, there is nothing internally inconsistent with the verse that says a Pokémon that looks like a plant can't have dragon typing.

Still, I think Necrozma could have intangibility, it just needs to be activated like Logia or Kamui. He did disperse into light, right?

Yeah, he did when he and Lunala/Solgaleo get separated and go back to Alola. So active intangibility is what you mean?

@Pachi2

Given the soon to be upgrades, and derailment (my apologies as its also my fault) there's no point in even keeping the thread open. No matter who wins it'll eventually be a stomp.

Seems that the thread will be outdated from an eventual upgrade. Closing then.
