I think so, Surfer has been stuck inside where all futures in every timeline was destroyed and he would die for certain, but he survived during incursion event.

NEH can correct me if I'm wrong, but Demon Pillar Zepar was supposed to allow Kiara to merge the aspects of her Fate/Extra CCC self into her Grand Order self.

But again, I'll let him correct me if I'm wrong since he played the game and I haven't.

That isn't resistance to fate manipulation, that's just basic time travel stuff.

But when you said future, do you mean a specific time period in the future, like years, or do you mean the outcome of the battle in the present?

If I remember correctly, Kiara converted the Seraphix oil rig into a copy of SE.RA.PH. complete with Holy Grail War, hence my use of the Moon Cell in this argument.

Zepar did that, but she absorbed him so i suppose it doesn't matter. Though i'm pretty sure she can't do the whole "apply a possible future to the timeline" thing. If Kiara could do that, she wouldn't have lost.

Also, digitalizing Seraphix has nothing to do with fate manipulation or time manipulation.
