Kessler is smarter, more versatile, better equipped for the fight as he himself has his own earth manipulation, and mindhax would leave her vulnerable to kill.

Kessler takes this quite easily

Kessler does have the edge in experience, skill and versatility.

Concrete shards in his body get dealt with by regen similarly to what Delsin did, and shockwaves and earthquake punches deal with everything else that Augustine can throw at him.

Power null migh actually work on Kessler, as its efficiency was better than what Sasha could do (she could only prevent others from storing energy and drain opponents, whereas Augustine could completely prevent others from using their powers).

Concrete trapping could also trap Kessler, but only if he stands still long enough (Delsin is able to break out if he dashes quickly enough), and Kessler is one mobile opponents.

Clones and summons also help Kessler slowly overwhelm her and give him help should he need it.

Kessler takes this 8/10. He's simply the better equipped and experienced opponent.
