Well undying could go toe to toe with frisk/chara now that does not mean she can delete timelines but considering chara destroyed all other monsters before her is a great feat she also can take more then a single hit from chara but post manga kenpachi is a BEAST to say the least (hey that rhymed) even though I dont know a lot about post anime kenpachi I know he got his Bankai so here is how I think the rounds might go (I might be wrong and if I am missing something please tell me)

Round 1 Undying wins or stalemate

Round 2 Stalemate

Round 3 Greater chance for kenpachi victory

Round 4 kenpachi Probably wins
