Kenpachi has just finished smashing the shit out of Gerard. Obviously he needs a better challenge. Meanwhile, Kamui suddenly works for Obito but he somehow ends up in Silbern. Obito is agitated while Kenpachi just wants to obliterate something. They conveniently set their sights on each other. The fight takes place in Silbern.

Speed equalized. Bankai Kenpachi and Uncontrolled Juubito. Who gets rekt? Oh, and TSBs are restricted. Nothing as good as a reckless brawl with lotsa destruction.

Obito wins via hax and the fact that Kenny can't control his Bankai. If this was 10 year timeskip Kenny then I'd give the win to him since logically if he kept training he should be able to control his Bankai by then

Also since he survives decapitation, I don't see a way for Kenpachi to put him down so I'm going with Obito.

Obito via rinnegan hax, regen, and the fact that his body doesnt rip apart lol. Juubito is also REALLY physically strong. He effortlessly broke out of hashiramas jutsu, which was strong enough to hold down the kyuubi

While Kenpachi may keep up with his physically, or even exceed, there is simply no way he'll overcome the regen.

Obito with mid-high difficulties, by the sheer fact that he outlasts Kenpachi.

Couldn't Obito just put six red yang formation around kenpachi and prevent him from escaping.
