Multipliers. All of it was the result of R1 Ulq’s stats being scaled to his CO when CO is x10 his normal Cero.

Weird that Segunda is rated as weaker than his CO. He should probably have a 'higher' with Lanza since it's stronger. A certain few of the Espada have certain techniques of theirs that the prefer over GRC/CO that should probably scale above, but that's another topic
