So I just got this calc accepted for hypersonic+ kuroki

Now since this feat is done 16 years before the tournament, and he sees the bullet as much slower, who would this apply to in the tournament? I mean characters have dodged attacks from him.

Well like people like the fang and ohma should prlly scale to this feat, as this is a pretty casual 16 year younger kuroki

From the look of their profiles at some point in September of last year some CRT removed the Hypersonic and Hypersonic+ ratings. The calc given is also something that already exists afaik, since the older one got basically the same speed rating.

So if you can find that threat and give a counter argument as to why its no longer valid I guess this can be applied, otherwise its probably some precog thing that Kuroki mastered.

the feat is not valid because kuroki predicted when his friend would shoot him and moved before he did to block the bullet.

Sorry king but this ain’t the feat for hypersonic Kengan. There some feats in omega that can get them higher
