Ken appears to be casually 12 tons based on the AP justification, however Skarlet is at a higher range of 8-B (which is supposed to be downgraded with new calcs) so she has a clear advantage in physical stats except lifting strength.

Meanwhile Skarlet has some pretty good abilities, the only good ones Ken has are power mimicry, stat amp and reactive power level. The ones I didn't list are not so useful as Skarlet probs has a way around them like being able to bypass regen with bloodhax (ex. covering his entire body with corrosive blood, turning him into blood with projectiles, making him explode into pieces, mindhax, etc) and she is also more mobile with her acrobatics, stealth skills, TP and intangibility.

Out AP'd and they've got mind hax and transmutation.

Skarlets mindhax is only useful after she's beaten down the opponent.

Still the AP gap means Ken's going to have a horrendous time fighting her in physical contest
