Small upgrade would be her becoming Low 7-C with magic, though it doesn't scale to her durability. Also, since she can control the entirety of VPS, I have added Time Manipulation since it's accepted as 4d already.

Added the three sacred treasures to Notable Attacks/Techniques section.

Agree but a question. Is the Time Manipulation of Keena is independent from already 4D spaces (4 Spatial dimension) or does time include as part of 4D spaces meaning it just (3D + 1Time)?

It's both, I think? For example since the space is 3D + 1 time it qualifies for default, but we know that it can have different time settings, like for example regulate it so that there is a story in the 19-20th century with regular day-night circles even though usually a week in VPS is equivalent to 12 hours back in the main universe. She should be able to change it however she pleases I guess.

Sorry, I should have been more direct. I am not exactly talking about different time flow. I know that we treat VPS as low 2-C. Doesn’t it originally being tier 2 by itself without the notion of time since it by itself infinite 4D spaces? Wouldn’t that mean that the place if we take consider the time being there is 5D (well, you need to proof it more to actually qualify for low 1-C but hax wise would still scale like how we treat space-time hax as 4D eventhough it not having total control over all time) or am I mistaking something?

I don't know why it would be 5D, so you might be missing something. It's Low 2-C since it's a 4-D space, the 4th dimension being time. It's an infinitely vast space-time continuum to put simply.

I thought that when it said 4D spaces, it mean infinite 4 spatial dimensions rather than infinite 4D (3D+1Time). Well if it just that I guess that’s fine. It’s not weird for author not treated time as your typical 1 dimension and doesn’t include time when describing place/location/realm but maybe not here I guess
