None of them have shown to have any 8-C level feats at this time.

This Goku is not 8-C, and would get slaughtered by Bakugou

So he's Baseline? Bakugo kinda bullies with an over 4x AP advantage. He's mobile enough to avoid Goku and smart enough to adapt to his fighting style to get hits in, especially with an AoE advantage when he's in close range. AP amps like howitzer and his gauntlets make it even worse for Goku.
