I don't remember anyone from Avatar being able to lock down someone remotely close to Krillin's durability, considering Aang and some others can struggle against it.
Also, Mako can still spew fire from his mouth, rendering the extreme concentration for bloodbending cancelled. Krillin can easily do the same and blast ki out of his body like they do before they fly off, if he hasn't brute forced through it already.
