Alright, so the current Kat profile states "There is a time limit for Kat's ability to fly" as a weakness.
Now, Kat doesn't have infinite stamina, so obviously she can't fly forever. However, not having infinite stamina is no weakness.
I suspect the weakness is added like that because, in gameplay, Kat has a gravity gauge that runs out when she flies. So she has to make some brief landings in-between.
However, that's likely just game mechanics for several reasons.
There are several challenges in the game that one can only accomplish via conveniently placed floating energy crystals, which are likewise likely game mechanics as they are never acknowledged by anyone, I think.
Then, does the gravity gauge actually only go down in "shifter mode", the mode in which Kat turns red. In the canon overture animations, which show Kat outside of gameplay, she is shown able to fly long distances without even being in shifter mode. No energy crystals either...
Most importantly, she is equal to Raven who we can see fight with the same powers in bossfights against Kat. The thing is... Raven doesn't land to take breaks in her bossfights. Easiest to be seen is that in the second fight. Raven will always just float below Kat and continue attacking, without landing. See here, for the best demonstration of her not landing I could find.
So yeah, the weakness should be removed. Kat's ability to fly should just be limited to her stamina, like her other gravity manipulation abilities.
