Proabably Kain, from what I know of both entities. Soul Reaver is kind of a hax weapon.

Can be, but the powers of Perfect Kars should be much more than he showed, and he have FLT reflexes, more faster than Kain even with the Dimension Reaver.

Evidence Perfect Kars has FTL reflexes?
Regardless, there still comes the issue of Kars having little defense against weapons that inflict spiritual damage like Soul Reaver.
