So concerning Karna's Portal Creation, does he have to be Launcher in order to utilize it or could he use it as Super Karna/Base Karna without being Launcher?

I'm just asking because I hand an idea I've been wanting to try out with Karna but I wasn't sure if he was able to use Portal Creation without being Launcher. But now that I know thanks to you guys that he can, I can finally use that idea.

Launcher is just a name Jinako excitedly came up with in the heat of the moment when he defeated Gil while holding back. Super Karna is also the same, funnily enough. It's called Burning Trimurti where he has mastered the powers of Shiva, Vishnu and Surya, so portal creation is just a small fraction of what he should be able to do. In CCC he does do something similar, which is weird but okay. Sun god privileges rocks in the mooncell.
